Support Services for Member Organizations

We organize regular meetings, seminars and training sessions to support the capacities and professional skills of those in our member organizations. We support the development of work based on organizational initiative, promotion of best practices and mutual learning. We offer high quality supervisory services and employee well-being support services for our member organizations, as well as supporting our member organizations in workplace well-being related matters.

We support our member organizations' operations by strengthening cooperation between Finnish Blue Ribbon member organizations and with other operatives in our field. We support our member organizations' regional and peer support cooperation, as well as networking with other operations. We work together with experts and authorities in different fields, and pass what we gain from this cooperation on in services for our members. We are part of various expert networks and events, displaying the work of the Finnish Blue Ribbon and its member organizations in the process.

We speak on behalf of our members and Christian substance abuse treatment work, broadly representing their interests. We participate in discussions concerning substance abuse and organizational work in cooperative networks, seminars and other events. We support our member organizations' operations in local networks. We promote the role of Christian substance abuse treatment organizations in our society.
